Excluding meals time, we offer you the possibility to have an aperitif (<18% vol). As part of your meals, all types of drinks are offered.
You can bring your picnic to help yourself (but it doesn't have to be systematic!). A corkage fee for cutlery and drinks will be required.
The continental breakfast is prepared with care and it is of course included (breads, pastries, brioche, coffee, teas, organic milk, chocolate, homemade jams and jellies, butter and yogurts from the farm, honey from the Perche, organic cereals, orange juice, organic apple juice from the orchard along the property ... Do not hesitate to express any special request.
The "English" breakfast is extra (12€) to meet your cravings for salty (organic eggs, ham from the charcutier, selection of cheeses).
We will be happy to meet your desires, fruit and freshly squeezed fruit juices (surcharge) for example, if you ask us beforehand.
Breakfasts are served from 8:30 am to 10:30 am - Thermos possible before 8:30 am on request.
White Bedroom: 2 people + 1 child under 8 years old.
Sahara Bedroom: 2 people + Attic 2 people.
It is not possible to place a cot in the Sahara the space is small and uncomfortable for change, for 1 couple with a baby we recommend the White Bedroom or book Sahara and Attic to have two rooms.
This suite is also suitable for 1 person per room sharing the same bathroom. Attention: the space is not suitable for the little ones: it has stairs between the rooms.
Catering: 6 people + 1 child.
Children are welcome if they remain under the watchful eye of their parents and if they respect the calm of the house. Any breach of tranquility may terminate your stay immediately and without any compensation.
Any damage will be billed immediately and refunded regardless of your liability insurance.
Two cats are also owners of the house, they are not allowed to enter the rooms, but they do not tolerate the presence of other animals at all!
Since 2022, Nicolas is trained Reiki Master and he offers energy treatments, which take place on site and on sunny days... under the trees in the garden.
These treatments, as well as Massages and Sophrology (in French) are set up to perfect your stay and anchor it in relaxation, accompanying your desire to reconnect with calm, earth and with oneself.

They are applied only once per booking regardless of the length of your stay.
They include the cleaning of the room, the bathroom, the toilet ... before and after each stay.
They offer the comfort of a 100% cotton linen. Sheets, towels and duvet houses are ironed and we prepare comfortable beds with 100% feather hypoallergenic duvets, pillows. Additional blankets are available in each room.

In order to preserve the privacy of the occupants and their personal belongings, we do not enter the rooms in the absence of our guests except on specific request. For stays longer than one night, we will agree on the frequency of cleaning and changes of towels and/or bed linen, according to your request.
We do not use aerosol chemicals or synthetic deodorants (95° alcohol is used on contact surfaces) to provide you with healthy air.
A disinfection procedure by ozone treatment was put in place during the pandemic (2019-2021), it can be carried out on request.

- CO² water treatment system (since 2023) which keeps the mineral properties of the water and reduces the adhesion of limestone (it is transformed into bicarbonate)

Once your reservation is confirmed, we offer you to pay directly online either by PayPal, (with or without PayPal account) or by credit card with the secure Payplug payment system (cheaper than PayPal).
If time permits, you can send us a cheque or make a transfer.
Holiday vouchers are accepted with a surcharge of 2.5% + 5€.
Taxes apply if your reservation is made on AirBnB, Booking.com, ...
If you pay by credit card, the rates vary according to the taxes of PayPal, payplug or Sumup.
Meals and drinks are to be paid on site.
We also accept payments on site by credit card with the secure payment Sumup.
If you book from our website: free of charge up to 7 days before the arrival date. 50% of the total amount until the day before arrival. The total amount of the reservation is non-refundable if the cancellation occurs on the day of arrival or in case of no-show.
Other cancellation conditions are applied if they take place on AirBnB or Booking.com, in accordance with the rules of these platforms. After approval by us on our availability, you can register your reservation by making an online payment or by sending us a check or a transfer. We accept on-site room payments but a deposit of at least 50% of the total amount of your reservation is required to be able to register it firmly, which will be refunded in case of cancellation before the day before your arrival.
A cancellation link is proposed in the email sent to you during your booking request.
